  • Workshops and Give It A Whirl Classes: Due to limited seating, you must cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. You may only cancel by email, as it is the best way to ensure we are reached. If you cancel 72 or less hours prior to your class you will receive a refund. If you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

    Private one time events: One time events must be canceled at least 1 week prior to the event. We will only issue credit toward another future private event, class or workshop. You may only cancel by email, it is the best way to ensure we are reached. If you cancel 1 or less weeks prior you will loose payment for the event.

    6-Week Sessions: You can cancel up to 3 weeks prior to your class start date and receive credit for a future class. If you cancel your class after the 3 week timeframe we will not offer credit or refund.

    All classes: We do not provide any refunds or credits if you can no longer attend a 6 week class that has already started.

    Any requests for refund considerations outside of the set refund policy will be made at the discretion of the studio ownership. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
