Meet Frankie Aziz (she/her). She is one of our in-house artists who recently graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. in Honors Biology, specializing in molecular research and neuroscience. After completing her studies in May 2023, she decided to pause her pursuits in molecular research to build up her ability in large-scale ceramics production. Frankie’s signature style uses mason stains and underglaze pencils to infuse her pieces with color while adding intention to everyday items. She hopes to produce work that reflects her scientific background, taking a distinctive approach that captivates the eye and the palate.
