July 27 and 28th - Throwing off the Hump with Linnan Ye

$300.00

Join Linnan Ye for a two day "Throwing off the Hump" workshop.

Throwing off the hump is a pottery technique where a large amount of clay is centered and thrown continuously, creating a series of forms without the need to stop and prepare individual pieces. It's a liberating and spontaneous process that encourages fluidity in your artistic expression.

In this two day workshop, Linnan will guide you through the fundamentals of throwing off the hump, explaining the benefits and demonstrating the step-by-step process. She will also demonstrate different slip application technique for surface decoration.
